ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for admission to the program,applicants must:
*Have completed eight grade of schooling or equivqlent.
*Must be at least 15 years or older
*Must speak and understand English
*Pass our reading assessment test.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A physical examination which includes TB screening is required before admission into the program.
Criminal Background Check:
Excelsor(HCA) school will initiate a background check in compliance with the Health Care Worker back ground
check test act.You will be terminated from the program if the Uniform Criminal Information Act (UCIA) report indicates a
record of any form of offences enumirated in the act.
